If you are not satisfied with a physical product, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number.
Once we receive and inspect your return, an approved refund is issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable; return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

The Premium Capitol-Flown flag is a numbered preorder. You may cancel a preorder for a full refund any time before it ships.
Membership charges are governed by our Subscription Terms. Cancel anytime to stop future charges; cancel before your 7-day trial ends to avoid any membership charge.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you at no additional cost.
