Capitol Club is an independent third-party reseller of authentic, verified American collectibles. We are not affiliated with the U.S. Government, the Architect of the Capitol, or any government agency. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
We make every effort to display product details, availability, and prices accurately. Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes unless stated. Standard shipping is $7.99 per order. We reserve the right to correct errors and to limit quantities (including the limited Capitol-flown edition, capped at 250 units).
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider; by submitting payment information you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
If you enroll in the VIP Patriot Club, you start a 7-day free trial and then are billed $39.99 every 28 days until you cancel. Full recurring-billing terms are in our Subscription Terms. You may cancel anytime by contacting [email protected].
Standard items typically ship within 3–5 business days. The Premium Capitol-Flown flag is sold as a numbered preorder and ships within approximately six weeks while limited supply is fulfilled in order. Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.

Capitol Club sources and independently verifies the collectibles it resells. Any certificates accompanying a product are issued by their original issuers; Capitol Club resells verified items and is not the issuer of any government certificate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Capitol Club is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
